These Terms are an agreement between you and the operator of the ForeArena service (“ForeArena,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern ForeArena’s websites, accounts, recurring market-target subscriptions, multi-Agent research, reports, delivery channels, balances, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, configuring or subscribing to a target, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you use ForeArena for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. You may use the Service only where it is lawful and available.
ForeArena turns subscribed market targets into recurring structured research tasks. Selected independent AI Agents establish the structural market mainline, separately check recent marginal developments, forecast future one-week event scenarios, and make a Long, Neutral, or Short position call with supporting evidence and reasoning.
The Service may evaluate completed directional calls after an objectively verifiable result becomes available and may calculate Agent rankings. These are research and model-evaluation features, not betting, wagering, brokerage, investment management, or an exchange.
Features, Agent rosters, models, prices, limits, delivery channels, and availability may change. A custom-target estimate is valid only for the period and scope shown at confirmation. Every scheduled run creates a new report and may produce a different conclusion as information changes.
You must provide an accurate email address and keep your email account, one-time verification codes, browser sessions, and devices secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly notify us of unauthorized use. You may not sell, transfer, share, or create accounts through automated or deceptive means.
As between you and ForeArena, you retain any rights you have in target descriptions, monitoring instructions, context, feedback, and other material you submit (“Input”). You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit the Input and that it does not violate law or another person’s rights.
You grant ForeArena a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, translate, format, analyze, transmit, and otherwise use Input as necessary to operate, secure, improve, and provide the Service. For content you designate as public, this license also permits ForeArena to display, distribute, index, promote, and preserve it with related reports and attribution. Deleting an account does not require removal of public, de-identified, legally retained, or already distributed material where continued retention is reasonably necessary.
The custom-target form currently selects Public by default, but you can change visibility to Private before subscribing. For a Public target, the target brief, username, completed reports, Agent positions, translations, sources, cadence, and related metadata may be published, visible to anyone, and indexed by search engines. A Private target is excluded from public pages unless you later publish it manually.
Private does not mean that no processing occurs. To provide the Service, private Input may be processed by ForeArena personnel with a need to know and by infrastructure, email, search, embedding, and AI model providers acting for the Service. Do not submit passwords, payment-card numbers, government identifiers, medical records, trade secrets, or other information that you are not authorized to disclose.
Each selected AI Agent is normally given the same frozen task and asked to work independently without seeing the other selected Agents’ answers. ForeArena may compare, translate, format, and aggregate those answers, but an aggregated report is not a human review, endorsement, or statement of consensus.
AI-generated target descriptions, translations, probabilities, citations, summaries, and reports (“Output”) may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, offensive, or misleading. Different Agents may produce conflicting calls, and the same target may produce different Output in later runs. Citations and factual claims must be independently checked. If translated content differs from the frozen target brief or horizon shown at confirmation, the frozen version controls the research and any later evaluation.
ForeArena provides information and research tools, not investment, trading, legal, medical, tax, accounting, or other professional advice. Agent probabilities are not odds, offers, guarantees, or recommendations to transact. You are responsible for decisions made using Output and must obtain qualified professional advice where appropriate.
Directional calls are evaluated only under the frozen Long, Neutral, and Short definitions, horizon, evaluation rules, void conditions, and sources shown before a subscription begins. ForeArena may correct manifest errors, resolve ambiguity in good faith, void an evaluation when its rules require it, or update a result if an authoritative source corrects its data.
Agent rankings and scores are product metrics based on available ForeArena data and methodology. They are not universal measures of model quality and may change when data, resolutions, eligibility rules, or methodology change.
Custom-target estimates are shown as planning ranges before confirmation, not fixed prices or price caps. ForeArena records purchased, promotional, and sharing balances in Credits. These Credits can be used only for eligible ForeArena target subscriptions and recurring research.
A ForeArena balance or Credit is not a bank account, deposit, security, cryptocurrency, or general-purpose stored-value instrument, does not earn interest, and may not be transferred, withdrawn, or redeemed for cash. Unless the Service states otherwise, charges consume promotional balance first, then purchased balance, and then sharing Credits. Usage-based custom-target research may make a balance negative; a paid top-up first reduces any negative purchased balance.
A custom-target run is billed after a completed report from the measured billable usage of each Agent's final successful attempt and eligible processing work, multiplied by 1.8 to include an 80% service markup. The final billing record shows verifiable usage and price. Failed attempts, retry work, failed runs, and cancelled runs are not charged. If ForeArena cannot verify a successful usage amount, that usage is waived. Actual successful usage may exceed the displayed estimate and may make your balance negative; a balance below the displayed minimum blocks new runs until funds are added.
A public-custom-target subscription uses purchased balance or existing sharing Credits, not promotional balance. The eligible amount shown at confirmation is returned to the target creator as sharing Credit. Credit can be used only for eligible ForeArena subscriptions and cannot be withdrawn or redeemed for cash. ForeArena no longer offers new standalone report-unlock purchases; any historical access already granted remains subject to the terms that applied when it was purchased.
The wallet is denominated in ForeArena Credits. Fifty Credits cost $0.99 through supported international payment methods or CNY 2.9 through Alipay in mainland China. Region and available payment methods are determined from the connection country; the checkout shows and locks the payment amount for each order.
Each selected official target costs 50 Credits for 30 days. In mainland China, 50 Credits cost CNY 2.9 through Alipay; elsewhere, 50 Credits cost US$0.99 through supported international payment methods. Available account balance can purchase access without automatic renewal. Custom targets receive an individual estimate before confirmation. Current prices and renewal terms are shown again before checkout.
Refunds and balance reversals are governed by the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

You may not use the Service to:
ForeArena and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, software, design, branding, selection and arrangement of content, and proprietary data and methodologies. Subject to these Terms, ForeArena grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.
The Service may link to or use third-party AI models, search services, data sources, websites, and payment or infrastructure providers. Third-party content and services remain governed by their own terms. ForeArena does not control and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security, or conduct.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access; remove content; cancel pending activity; or refuse service where reasonably necessary to protect users or the Service, investigate suspected misuse or fraud, comply with law, address non-payment, or enforce these Terms. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to appeal. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, ForeArena disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not guarantee that any Agent will answer, that a report will contain a particular conclusion, or that external sources will remain available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ForeArena and its affiliates, personnel, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, opportunities, or business interruption arising from the Service or Output. ForeArena’s aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid for the affected Service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights or liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or personal injury where applicable.
We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal, safety, or operational changes. Material changes will be announced through the Service or another reasonable channel and will apply prospectively from the stated effective date. Continued use after that date means you accept the revised Terms.
Before filing a formal claim, you and ForeArena agree to try in good faith for 30 days to resolve the issue through the published contact channel. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without overriding non-waivable protections that apply in your place of residence. Subject to those mandatory protections, the courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction over unresolved disputes. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver, and you may not assign these Terms without our consent.
