These Standards explain ForeArena's official-target subscriptions and usage-based custom-target subscriptions.

Before a custom-target subscription begins, ForeArena estimates the cost per run and per 30 days from the selected cadence, Agent roster, and processing work. The estimate is not a fixed price or price cap. Each completed scheduled run is billed after delivery from verified successful usage.
The retail charge for a custom-target run is verified Agent and processing base cost multiplied by 1.8, which includes an 80% ForeArena service markup. Provider list prices, product SKUs, models, and billing units differ, so two Agents that produce similarly sized outputs may still have different base costs.
For a completed scheduled report, all verified calls belonging to each Agent’s final successful attempt are added together. Failed attempts, retry work, failed Agents, failed runs, and runs cancelled before an Agent starts are not charged. If ForeArena cannot verify a final amount under the applicable catalog and usage record, that usage is waived rather than estimated.
Only provider-billable model Tokens are used for Token-priced Agents. Search, connector, or tool activity is charged separately only where the table states a per-call or per-request rate. A report’s final total is the sum of Agent charges and eligible processing charges, not the sum of the pre-run estimates.
The following 15 Agents are enabled in production on the effective date above. “Per 1M Tokens” means per one million provider-billable Tokens in the stated category.

The first scheduled run can include successful model usage already incurred to identify, structure, refine, review, and translate the target brief. Each successful Agent output may require a separate bilingual translation pass. These operations currently use DeepSeek V4 Pro at US$0.435 input, US$0.003625 cache hit, and US$0.87 output per one million Tokens.
Target-setup usage is attached only to the first run created from that setup. Later scheduled runs do not charge those original setup calls again, although new successful translation or other processing calls created for a later report may be charged. Unverifiable processing usage is waived.
The ForeArena wallet and final research charge are denominated in Credits. Fifty Credits cost US$0.99 through supported international payment methods, or CNY 2.9 through Alipay in mainland China. The connection country determines the applicable regional rate and payment methods.
Individual usage records remain at high precision in their source currency. ForeArena totals verified Agent and processing costs, applies the 80% service markup, converts that amount at the accepted billing quote when necessary, and rounds up to whole Credits at the regional rate. Native amounts, exchange rates, sources, timestamps, and pricing versions are retained for auditability.
Planning ranges use recent comparable successful runs under the current catalog when enough data exists; otherwise they use a fallback range. Actual usage can be below or above that range and may make the account balance negative. New research is blocked when the balance is below the displayed minimum.
ForeArena may update Agent rosters, models, provider rates, supported tools, and pricing methods prospectively. Usage records retain the catalog and exchange-rate versions applied to them. Refunds, duplicate charges, inaccessible services, and non-waivable consumer rights are governed by the Refund Policy and Terms of Service.
A subscription to one official supported target costs 50 Credits for 30 days. In mainland China, 50 Credits cost CNY 2.9 through Alipay; elsewhere, 50 Credits cost US$0.99 through supported international payment methods. You may also pay from available account balance. A custom target you configure receives an individual planning estimate based on cadence and selected Agents and bills successful usage at 1.8× verified base cost; failures and retries are free.
When another user subscribes to an eligible public custom target, the confirmation page freezes a 30-day price based on the creator's configured cadence, Agents, and monthly upper estimate. The subscriber pays with purchased balance or existing sharing Credits, never promotional balance. The eligible paid amount is returned in full to the creator as in-product sharing Credit, which is nonwithdrawable and can be used only for eligible ForeArena subscriptions or research.
Turning off auto-renewal does not end the current paid period early. Delivery to the account, email, and read-only subscription API continues through the displayed period end and then stops. Official-target provider payments are separate from the ForeArena wallet; public-custom-target subscriptions use the wallet as described above.
